Session will meet in Beatty Library – Building #15 on campus map.
Please enter and park behind the library and dining facility – the entrance is Arbor Lane, across from the Fork Union Post Office – there should be cadets posted to assist you in finding your way (please be watchful for cadets walking in the road and not paying attention to traffic). You will enter by way of the rear library entrance.
Handicap accessible entrance is via the front of the library; enter campus at the main gate (Fraley Lane), at the intersection, proceed onto the campus circle to the left and around to the library. Park on the side as close to the curb as possible to allow vehicles to pass. (Again, please be watchful for cadets walking in the road after their dinner and not paying attention to traffic.)

If your project team hasn’t met yet, this session provides a built-in opportunity for your first gathering. If you’ve been meeting, you will be able to make more progress tonight.
Teams will meet separately with their mentors, but since all teams and all mentors will be present there will be opportunities to share ideas that could help other teams.
Agenda:
6:30 – 6:50 Registration, welcome, and brief progress reports from each team
6:50 – 7:45 Individual team meetings. Teams should come prepared with your own agendas for this portion of the evening.
7:45 – 8:00 Break
8:00 – 8:40 Continue individual tam meetings
8:40 – 9:00 Teams report on progress made tonight. Wrap-up and adjourn.
